Online Pre-Registration Dates:
Session I: 14 - 17 June
Session II: 6 - 8 July
Session III: 26 - 29 July
The link will be activated at 8 am on the first day of pre-registration for each session. Once you submit the form and receive email notification (within 72 hours), please visit Outdoor Recreation to pay for your session.
Note: Pre-registration is for the current session and does not guarantee your preferred class time.

Private Pool Parties
Great for birthday and squadron parties!

Call for the next Pre-test swim date

Step 2. Register for a lifeguard course at Outdoor Recreation.

Step 3: Submit your application and copies of your current certifications online or at the Human Resources Office (HRO) bldg. 723
Must have:
Copy of Lifeguarding & First Aid certification
Copy of CPR & AED for the Professional Rescuer
Copy of your ID card
Passport with SOFA stamp

Kadena Aquatics
• Kadena Aquatics runs four immaculate pools.
• Hagerstrom Water Fun Park has a 50-meter pool, a double looper slide, a splash playground, one dolphin slide, and a diving board.
• Chibana Pool is a uniquely shaped 25-meter pool ranging from 3-5ft deep.
• Overton Pool is a 25-meter pool dedicated to swim lessons and lap swim.
• Fairchild Pool is a 25-meter pool featuring a diving board.
• all of our programs outside of swim lessons require the participant to be at least 16 years old.
• Private pool parties can only be booked no earlier than 30 days in advance and no later than 2 weeks from the requested date of the party.
