Policies and Procedures:
 
Eligibility: All current DoD identification card holders with SOFA status who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to rent equipment.

Reservations: Equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rental items may be reserved up to 30 days prior to pickup or usage date. Items not picked up by close of business for the date of reservation will be made available for rent the following business day and any deposits will be forfeited. All reservations must be made in person.

Rental Policies: Rental fees, in full, are due upon return of the items.
All rented items must be returned no later than noon the following day with the exception of Sunday.

Responsibility: The sponsor or the sponsor of the individual signing the rental receipt is liable for all lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed equipment and facilities.
